Information We Collect

The Summit may collect account details, display name, email address when provided by Sign in with Apple or invite flows, handicap profile, posted rounds, course and tee selections, scoring results, review decisions, notification preferences, and optional GPS samples captured during a round.

How We Use Information

We use information to calculate season points, maintain leaderboards, verify rounds, support commissioner review, send app notifications, process invites, and operate season competition features.

Location Data

When enabled, the app uses location during a round to help verify that the selected course was played. Location evidence is tied to the submitted round and may be visible to authorized season commissioners for integrity review.

Handicap Data

Players may enter a handicap manually or connect an authorized handicap provider when available. Handicap snapshots are stored with source, effective date, verification date, and provider reference so historical scoring remains auditable.

Sharing

Season members can see leaderboard and competition information for seasons they belong to. Commissioners can see review evidence and audit history needed to run the season. We do not sell personal information.

Data Retention

Rounds, scoring results, audit entries, and handicap snapshots may be retained for the life of the season and related historical records. Account deletion and data export processes should be requested through support.
